$30k isn’t a huge business windfall.
But I want to tell you about a kid I met who earned that in 3 weeks and what it says about the opportunity and fear about building with AI.
Everyone I know in tech is feeling these two things:
Excitement: AI is giving us superpowers to create. There are so many examples of apps being built, agents getting things done autonomously, etc.
Fear: There’s. Just. Sooooo. Much. It’s hard to keep up and we feel like we’re always behind.
So in walks this 15-year-old:

Branson Pfiester spent some time learning how to install and use OpenClaw, the AI agent people are going crazy for, but is a pain in the ass to setup and maintain.
He starts offering a simple service where he sets it up for people.
And, because he’s still in school, he looks for clients in only 2 ways:
posts on X/Twitter (where everyone is talking about OpenClaw)
referrals
I interviewed him on my new YouTube channel this week. It’s a feel good story that shows the opportunity that comes with a scary and exciting change like AI.

PS I’ve been playing with YouTube Shots. If my interviews feel too long, try the bit sized versions of them:
